Len Baynes, pictured first on the left, is the founder member of two UKIP branches and is currently the Treasurer of UKIP Fenland in Cambridgeshire. He recently sent an email to Nigel Farage and the NEC. The email concerned the recent Luton mock EU referendum. It was returned by Farage UNREAD.Clearly, Mr Farage has no interest in anything that the membership has to say.
