Recently Farage came within a whisker of getting a £1 million donation.
However, a few words in the right ear persuaded the potential donor that their money would be far better spent elsewhere.
After all, would you really want to give money to a party that can't even run an honest MEP selection process and has a 'leader' who refuses to say where that £2 million went? I thought not!
Sorry Nigel, but that’s one cheque that won’t be going to fund the Farage Gravy Train or your bid to become an MP.
Here's a bit of friendly advice. Start putting the country before your own ego and who knows what UKIP may get in the way of money?
And have you told UKIPPERS about your ambition to sit in the House of Lords? Have you told them about your sordid offers to Cameron and how you would readily betray your fellow UKIPPERS for the chance to wear ermine?
No, I thought not!
Hi,
ReplyDeleteWhen advised of these facts, some time ago I heard the sum was £1.2M.
I was also made aware that it was as a result of advice to the individual (who does not want his name published as he fears begging letters and pressure, being relatively elderly).
The advice given, I believe, was to use google to check the individuals involved and he viewed this blog and http://CaterpillarsAndButterflies.blogspot.com
ascertaining for himself their accuracy and the truth of the facts led, to his satisfaction.
Clearly sensible donors check out the recipients on the internet nowadays. Hence the power of blogs especially when like mine and Junius they have a track record of telling the truth.
I believe the individual concerned MAY have spoken with me as several prospective donors have phoned me to confirm the veracity of my blogs.

Hi,
ReplyDeleteI hear he wasn't exactly impressed with Death Row or the Andreasen stitch up either - funny how intelligent people see straight through her.
The political creepers are so fundamentally self interested and corrupt they are too busy looking for ways they can exploit people - time and again it is they who get exploited!
