UKIP candidate in court

UKIP can certainly pick 'em!

UKIP candidate denies false election claim

A FORMER UK Independence Party candidate has appeared in court charged with standing for election while disqualified from doing so.

Paul Clarke, 28, pleaded not guilty to one count of making false statements regarding disqualification from being an electoral candidate at Guildford Crown Court on Wednesday (January 12).

The charge relate to his standing in the Reigate & Banstead borough council elections in May 2010, in which he came fourth out of five candidates, receiving 236 votes in Merstham ward.

Mr Clarke, of Portland Drive, Merstham, has been released on unconditional bail with a trial date set for March 30.

  1. Hi,

permit me to take issue with you as I fear that any political party can make such an error.

What is far less forgivable is the irrefutable FACT that UKIP is criminally anti homosexuals and assists the funding of Racism, anti Judaism, Political violence and more via their friends in The EFD Group.

It is also surely far more consequential that UKIP has the honour of being the ONLY Party to have had an EU Politician encacerated for their criminal defrauding of the tax payers by virtue of their office as an MEP as was Tom Wise.

Surely the report exposing corruption, dishonesty and criminality relative to the MEP selection process is more consequential.

We have still to address the criminality of Stuart Agnew, David Bannerman, Lord Pearson and peter Reeve as exposed by The Sunday Times.

There is also the contempt for the British Courts of Paul Nuttall, Clive Page and Mark Croucher and their dishonourable flouting of the Court decision relative to their harassment of me.

Then there is the matter of Jon Islon which has not yet come to the surface both in terms of defamation and dishonesty I gather.

Surely these and dozens of other criminal and morally reprehensible acts that are endemic in UKIP's leadership are of more consequence than one rogue PPC.
