UKIP: Alan Hardy's kangaroo court

Our readers may recall that Alan Hardy took UKIP to court after they unlawfully tried to ban him from attend UKIP meetings. He won and UKIP was left with a legal bill running into thousands. LINK

But Farage is never one to forget a slight. Today, Mr Hardy was to face a UKIP kangaroo court in London. Farage claims that Mr Hardy sent a letter to a newspaper in which he attacked Gordon Parkin, a fellow UKIP member. My Hardy denies this and UKIP have failed to provide a copy of the letter. Mr Hardy wisely decided not to attend after being advised that Farage was determined to kick him out of UKIP regardless of the cost.

My Hardy has threatened legal action if they expel him. So once again Farage is willing to use party funds to pursue a vendetta against a member who has the audacity to stand up for his rights!

UKIP is now an irrelevance in British politics. Indeed, it is a hindrance to the euro-realist cause. It soley exists to keep Farage and his sycophants on the EU Gravy Train.

  1. Hi,

I have today received copies of the claimed evidence and correaspondence supplied by the said Kangaroo Court and it reads of malice and vengeance and is seemingly bereft of any sound case on which to so much as censure Alan Hardy!

It does look, as I stated on Twitter some time ago, as if UKIP is determined to loose yet more member's money in the High Courts - as has so frequently been the case in the past.

Interestingly, despite their all too frequent losses in Court they fail ever to apologise and low lifes in the party, both in their own names and hidden in cowardly anonymity, endlessly attack those who have proved their case against UKIP's vindictive attacks.

I watch this repeat of their seeming saga of corruption with no pleasure as they prove yet again to be unethical, unpleasant and unfit for purpose!

    Regards,
    Greg_L-W.
