Godfrey Bloom would appear to have been hoodwinked recently into speaking to a BNP front group in London. Following a heated bust-up and a purge of BNP infiltrators. the long-standing debating society, the Swinton Circle, has been plagued by the existence of an extremist group, calling itself the "London Swinton Circle". In actual fact, the legitimate Swinton Circle dropped the "London" prefix some time ago. The extremists began inviting guest speakers - kicking off their programme with a meeting addressed by holocaust denier Alistair McConnachie, expelled from UKIP after writing that “I don’t accept that gas chambers were used to execute Jews for the simple fact there is no direct physical evidence to show that such gas chambers ever existed”.
The illegitimate faction which welcomed Godfrey Bloom in June of this year, is chaired by Allan Robertson, who was previously implicated in the far-right infiltration of the Monday Club (which led to that organisation being proscribed by the Tory leadership), and who was expelled from the Swinton Circle having seemingly tried to usher into meetings a number of far-right elements. Back in August 2001, the Daily Mirror reported that Robertson had links to the British National Party and National Front, and that through his support for the candidacy of Iain Duncan Smith, then aspiring Tory leader, he was involved with Edgar Griffin, father of BNP leader Nick Griffin.
Robertson's support for the BNP appears to go back much further, with a letter he had written to Tory activist Stuart Millson, who had joined the BNP in the 1990s. Robertson wrote at the time that he understood Millson's reasons for joining, and that whilst he would personally remain in the Conservative Party; "This is not to say that I have no links with the BNP - I have met a couple of their members and have met their leader, Eric Brand, socially. I find that a general liaison can be helpful." Millson, a close friend of the recently deceased Mike Smith, once wrote of himself "I would describe myself as a fascist. My main aim at university has been to drum up as much support as possible for racialism."
Nice friends you found, Godders!

One wonders if it's Junius who has been hoodwinked, by Gary Cartwright's close associate Alan Harvey.
The Daily Mirror article cited made no such claim about Robertson in particular (ouch). However, the Swinton Circle's link to the far right are well known, two of its members included Alan Harvey, ex-NF, and his close buddy and fellow odinist Bill Binding, ex-NF,ex-BNP, ex-KKK.
It seems that the 'extremist group' fronted by Harvey and Cartwright has had at its star speaker one Bob Vinnicombe of the Australian One Nation Party which er, regards the BNP as a similar party to itself and maintains links with the BNP!
Nice friends you got there Junius!
It's not just Godders but dear old Nige who's spoken to what you've described as a "BNP front group". And Frank Maloney, oh dear.
The Chairman of this BNP front group, Alan Harvey, had that Stuart Millson as a "Guest of Honour" at his meeting in 2002; and he's linked on Facebook to the former BNP Central London Organiser Jeffrey Marshal, currently suspended from the BNP apparently for his support for a BNP leadership challenge - let's hope that kind of thing never happens in our party! (Tim to win!)
This kind of thing just emphasises why we need change at the top. Let's look forward to a new UKIP free from these past embarrassments.
There are lot of mistakes, exaggerations and half-truths contained in these postings by both Appletiser and Jack the Kipper here :-
1) Although I was briefly a member of the NF in my naive youth, this was only from October 1974 until December 1975 - i.e. only for 15 months some 35 years ago! Furthermore it must be remembered that at that time the NF was still a mainstream party, and the basic reason why I left was that a neo-fascist clique had usurped control!
2) Bill Binding died in 2007. Yes, it's easy to smear a dead man isn't it! Bill did have some very strange religious beliefs (I attended a few of their gatherings - interesting, but I'm afraid not for me!), but his politics were mainstream. He was an active member of he Conservative Party all gthe time I knew him! As for being involved with the KKK, such a claim is deranged - he never ever visited the US! This ridiculous smear first appeared in The Guardian - so further comment therefore seems superfluous. He laughed his head off when he read it, but alas was too frail to take legal action against The Guardian as we suggested.
3) I think that all political analysts will agree that the Australian One Nation's closest UK equivalent is UKIP and not the neo-fascist BNP. I believe there is a neo-fascist party in Australia, but I forget its name.
4) I am NOT the Chairman of a "BNP front group". I HATE the BNP! I am a loyal right of centre Eurosceptic Conservative.
5) Stuart Millson was never a "Guest of Honour" of any meeting I organised. He spoke (very inappropriately it must be added) at a braai organised by the Kent Branch of he Springbok Club in 2002, but this was before I became Organiser of the Kent Branch.
6) Jeffrey Marshall is one of about 350 FaceBook friends I have. I do't politically vet all of them! For what it's worth I've been in heated political arguement with Mr. Marshall on FaceBook, but as I believe in free speech he will remain one of my FaceBook friends.

Harvey is being somewhat economical with the truth
1) Regardless of whether he was an actual member or not Harvey continued to be associated with the NF up until the early 90’s. He attended the NF AGM in 1989. The NF has always been under the control a neo-fascist clique!
2) What has going to the US got to do with Bill Binding putting on a white hood? The revelation of Binding’s involvement with the KKK first appeared in Searchlight, then most other papers and not just the Guardian. It was even mentioned in Parliament in 2001
3) Most political analysts would disagree, especially as Bob Vinnicombe has been happy to associate with the BNP
4) Apparently the reason Harvey hates the BNP is because Nick Griffin, who Harvey knew from the NF, would never let him join. Why would that be?
5) Harvey used to display a picture of Stuart Millson as Guest of Honour on his website and was on friendly terms with Millson at the time he was in the BNP.
6) Rumour is that Harvey now seems to be sniffing round the new British Freedom Party.
Anyway, never mind that, what’s this about Alan Harvey posting photographs on the internet of himself with a hard-on while wearing a nappy - and then getting arrested???
Simon Cohen (if that is indeed his name, which I very much doubt) should be extremely careful about what he says.
The allegation that I have posted photographs of myself in pornographic poses is not only a lie - it is also libellous! It is true that a depraved individual posted pictures of a headless male character in various perverted poses (but not wearing a nappy!) on a blogspot which he claimed to be of me earlier this year - but there are several reasons why these photographs can be PROVED not to be of me. This matter was reported to the Police at the time, and they have subsequently managed to identify the culprit - who has now evidently fled the UK. As I say, Simon Cohen should be VERY careful in the deranged allegations which he spreads!

Apart from the most depraved unsubstantiated sexual allegation against me by "Simon Cohen" (someone who evidently has not only a degenerate mind, but a diseased mind), his latest posting contains a number of further LIES which can't pass without comment :-
1) I was NOT associated with the National Front (NF) until the early 1990s. Whilst still based in South Africa during the 1980s I was informed from a distance that the NF had once again become an acceptable mainstream party (as it was up until 1975), and naively I believed this. I therefore attended the NF AGM of 1989 as a guest speaker, but I'm afraid that I didn't like what I found there, so have had no contact ever since.
2) The Ku Klux Klan is an American organisation, not a British one - and dear old Bill Binding never set foot in the United States in his life! Bill was however an adherent of an esoteric pagan religion which I believe wear hoods as part of their religious regalia. This undoubtedly led to confusion on the part of The Guardian etc., who added two and two together and made seventy-five.
3) Most knowledgable political analysts would agree that the nearest UK equivalent to the Australian One Nation Party is UKIP and not the neo-fascist BNP. Bob Vinnicombe has absolutely no connection to the BNP, and indeed has spoken at meetings staged by the conservative Swinton Circle three times over recent years.
4) I do not know and have never met the Nick Griffin character who is leader of the BNP. I have seen him on television a couple of times, but that is the extent of my knowledge of the man. You can't hate someone who you've never met! I hate the BNP because they are pro-German and pro-Arab fascists, and I am and always have been a British Imperial patriot.
5) I do not possess a web-site! The pea-brain "Simon Cohen" is probably trying to refer to the Springbok Club's web-site, which I help to maintain. If the pea-brain was to take the trouble to have a good look at this site he would see that a picture of Stuart Millson attending a KENT BRANCH braai still appears on our "Branches" web-page!
6) There is no such organisation as the "British Freedom Party"! The pea-brain is probably thinking of the Freedom Association here - a political pressure group, but NOT a political party! It is true that I have been approached on several occasions to become actively involved with this organisation, but I have always declined these invitations because of all my many other commitments. I remain on very good terms with FA members and officials however.
Could pea-brain "Simon Cohen" please only return to this forum when he learns how to tell the truth.
The disgusting photgraphs were not headless, unfortunately!
Unfortunately the photos were not headless, and there were nappies!
If there were such perverted photographs then the pea-brain "Nappyrash" should be able to produce them! whoever he is (and I have my suspicions!) he's a sick person with a sick mind. Crawl back to your sewer pervert!

The photos are readily available on the internet, just google them. poor Alan.
