I suppose many of the MEP's will be using the current bad weather with its transport delays and difficulties as a wonderful excuse to put these fine words into practise and claim more money on their expenses for something or other .... coffee, doughnuts, hot water bottles, flasks of soup, woolly gloves, hats, scarfs, thermol underwear ...
