The day before this quote was published Peter Reeve was named in The Sunday Times as receiving £50,000 in illegal payments from Stuart Agnew MEP and David Bannerman MEP. See: LINK
The illegal payments were taken out of Agnew and Bannerman's MEP staffing allowances. And where does that money come from? The taxpayer!
So Peter Reeve is quite happy to condemn people for something that he does himself - ripping off the taxpayer. What staggering hypocrisy!
Reeve has now been reported to Elcom and Olaf. He has also been reported to the Standards Committee of his local council.
Do you think that Peter Reeve should resign as a councillor? Do you think that he has brought UKIP into disrepute? Do you think that he is one of UKIP's biggest hypocrites?
